Procurement is about making the right choices in the purchasing of goods, works and services.

Strategic Direction - The Council has developed a Procurement Strategy which sets out a clear framework for procurement throughout the Council. It takes into account the key priorities within the Council's Corporate Strategy and encompasses the priority outcomes of the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government.
